Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations
- Cancellations are accepted within 2 working days of the scheduled service.
- Cancellations made after the specified timeframe may incur a cancellation fee.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exceptions
- Custom orders: Refunds or cancellations may not be accepted for custom orders that have already been initiated or completed.
- Digital products: Refunds may not be accepted for digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.
- Services already rendered: Refunds may not be accepted for services that have already been rendered or completed.
- Promotional/discounted services: Refunds or cancellations may be subject to specific terms and conditions.
